Welcome to JeffreyAllen.org.

Spirituality has been very important to me over the last few years especially Ignatian Spirituality. As a result, my personal web site has changed to focus more on spirituality, but it will still include some of my photography and digital artwork that I have created.

Spirituality

My Spirituality section contain some helpful material relating to Christian Spirituality.

Included in this section, I have pages on various modern traditionings of Lectio Divina. The first form is called Audio Divina, the second form is called Audio-Visio Divina, and the third form is called Visio Divina, but with a twist in that it will be images with text. See the Spirituality section to find out more about Lectio Divina.

I also include a section on Ignatian Spirituality and I start with including the Examen. I will be adding more material as I continue to update the web site.

Arts & Photos

My Art Gallery section of my web site includes some of the photographs I have taken over the last several years in my travels along with digital art I have created. In addition, the Art Gallery will include a section on some videos of the art I have put together.

I am in the process of revamping my photo and digital art galleries and will be posting them to this site soon. I am trying to make sure all of my photos and art are viewable on many devices including mobile devices.
